Return & Warranty Policy
1. Time limit:
- Customers need to make a return request within 7 days of purchase.
- Custom or special orders may not apply to the return policy.
2. Product status:
- Returned products must be in unused, undamaged original condition and include all accessories, packaging and labels.
- For electronic components, the sealed packaging of the product must be unbroken.
3. Refund method:
- Customers can choose to receive a full refund, exchange, or store balance (points, e-wallet, etc.).
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the return and confirmation of policy compliance.
**Warranty Policy:**
1. Warranty period:
- The product will have a warranty period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Some products may have a specific warranty period or extended warranty options.
2. Warranty Coverage:
- The warranty will only cover failure or damage caused by manufacturing defects, not problems caused by misuse, accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
- The warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
3. REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND:
- During the warranty period, the mall will provide free repair or replacement for products that meet the warranty policy.
- If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the mall will provide refund or store credit balance options according to the policy.
**Returns and Warranty Process:**
1. To submit a return or warranty request:
- Customers can submit return or warranty requests via the website, email or phone, and provide relevant order and product information.
2. Review and Approval:
- The Marketplace will review the return or warranty request and approve or deny it as specified in the policy.
- The Marketplace may require further information or evidence to support the processing of a return or warranty request.
3. Return or repair processing:
- For approved return requests, the mall will provide return guidelines, and customers need to follow the guidelines to return the product.
- For approved warranty requests, the mall will provide repair guidelines and be responsible for repairing or replacing products.
4. Refund or Product Delivery:
- Once the return is received and confirmed to meet the policy requirements, the mall will process the refund.
- For warranty, the mall will return the product to the customer after the repair is completed.
